We completed our energy audit with the leading company in pharmaceutical distribution nationwide, with 28% of the market share. Specifically, at its Malaga facility it has leaks along its distribution network, of which an order of economic magnitude is not known.
BETTERGY’s technical staff installs a set of network analyzers on interesting electrical panels in the plant, connected via radio frequency to a concentrator that sends the information to the EnergySequence platform. Among the measured tables is the compressed air table. After analysing the information available on the platform, anomalous consumption is detected at nighttime closing hours of the plant, which are quantified at around 1,500 € per year. The plant’s engineering team, knowing the economic value of leakage losses, installs valves at the compressor outlet, which are kept closed out of production hours and prevent leakage losses.
