BETTERGY has finished energy analysis toMATSA,one of the two large copper mines currently in Spain. The work carried out has made it possible to analyse problems in the electricity supply, the breakdown of the main consumptions and the identification of measures that improve the energy performance of the organisation.
It has been analysed the equivalent to 90.000 homes, finding savings for a value of200.000 €. At the same time, it has been designed measures to increase the security of energy supply and network capacity , fundamental issues in intensive production industries where continuity of production is critical..
